1. Read the guides
The Texas guides and the home systems library are free to read. Reading them sends us nothing.
2. Check an address
On the property report page, enter a Texas address. We look it up in public records through our property data service and show what was found, labeled as a public record or as something that needs a visit. When nothing is found, we say that plainly.
The lookup keeps a record of the address you entered. It does not store your name, phone or email. If you then ask us to contact you about the report, we store the contact details you give us with your permission.
3. Request a 15 minute call
On the call request page, answer five short questions, confirm the home is in Texas, and choose a preferred day and part of the day in Central time.
- Your preferred time is not a reserved slot, and a request is not a booking.
- We contact you to agree on a time. There are no automatic calendar invites.
- If a request reference number appears after you submit, it means your request was recorded. If we cannot confirm that, the page says so and does not pretend otherwise.
4. The call
A 15 minute conversation about your questions: your roof, solar, your bill, or a proposal you received. It is education, not an inspection, a quote or a sales appointment.
