Do you install solar panels or roofs?
This site does not claim that TexSun Solar installs systems or holds an installation license. We provide education and take requests for 15 minute calls. Ask us on the call, and verify any company you hire with the state resources in our guides.
Is the call free, and is it a sales call?
Requesting a call costs nothing. It is a 15 minute education conversation about your questions, not an inspection or a quote.
Is my preferred time booked?
No. A preferred day and part of the day tells us when you are usually free. We contact you to agree on a time. There is no automatic calendar invite.
Which homes do you serve?
Texas homes only. The request forms check that the address is in Texas before asking for any contact details.
Can you tell me if my roof was damaged in a storm?
No. Weather reports can show that a storm happened nearby, but only an inspection of the roof can show damage. See our guide to what to do after a Texas storm.
Will solar lower my bill?
We do not make savings promises. It depends on your roof, your usage, your retail plan’s current export terms and the price. Our guides list the questions to ask.
What happens to my information?
An address check stores the address you entered. If you ask us to contact you, we store the contact details and consent you give us to respond. See the privacy policy for details.
Do you share my details with installers?
Our forms do not give permission to share your details with an installer or any other company. We would ask you separately first.
